Shipping and Returns

As a buyer, you can expect your items to be shipped within 72 hours of placing your order. Shipping fees will be paid by you, unless otherwise stated. The actual shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of the item at checkout, and you'll have the option to choose a shipping method.

If for any reason you need to return an item, there are some conditions you must meet. New items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, as long as they are in the same condition you received them in, unworn or unused, with tags and in their original packaging. You'll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for paying the shipping cost for your return, unless the item was damaged upon arrival.

If your item is damaged or defective, please contact the seller immediately upon receipt so they can evaluate the issue and make it right. Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and hazardous materials. Renascence (previously owned) items are sold "as is", so please contact the seller with specific product questions before purchasing.

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. If you are shipping merchandise into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Once the seller receives and inspects your return, they will notify you within 5 business days whether or not your refund has been approved. If so, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact the seller.
