Who Are We?

 

Rhapsody and Renascence was founded by Sharie as a dream to bring affordable size-inclusive clothing to women everywhere, but in particularly to the Frederick, Maryland region. She has known the struggle of not finding styles in her size. Sharie has a love for individual expression through handmade items, unique clothing, and reimagined pieces. Her goal is to provide a curated collection of individual pieces that can be mixed and matched to create many outfit options with fewer pieces of clothing. The boho-casual style is perfect for wearing to work or to a winery. She searches for items that can be part of the renascence of your closet through the years, ensuring comfort and style go hand in hand. Styles are meant to transcend trends and decades. All jewelry is one of a kind and handmade by small batch artisans, including Sharie.

Items are limited in numbers and likely won't be restocked, making them truly unique. We support other small businesses by adding items to our collection that allow customers to discover new brands while spoiling themselves and those they love.

Sharie loves thrifting and believes it's a way to live a more sustainable life while also expressing individuality that you don't get from chain store shopping. She plans to add upcycled and new-to-you items to our online collection as well; currently these items can be found at local pop-up markets and on our Instagram @rhapsodyandrenascence.
